Exhibition Stand Design for AmSafe: Designed to Be the Stand Everyone Talks About at the Aircraft Interior Expo

Exhibition season is a significant opportunity. When our long-standing client AmSafe Bridport returned for a third collaboration, we recognised this was more than another booth; it was their opportunity to stand out at the industry’s premier event.

Famous for their innovative aircraft safety technology, AmSafe Bridport sought an exhibition stand design that would encourage effective engagement, highlight their IPSB system, and establish a strong presence at the Aircraft Interior Expo. The main challenge was the 9m x 3m stand space, which was long and narrow and difficult to optimise.

At Big CuCo Creative, we welcome challenging floor plans. Having completed two successful projects for AmSafe, we set out to exceed our prior achievements. We aimed to present an immersive, visually striking exhibition stand that maximised functionality within the space, while remaining consistent with their core branding and distinctive red, white, and blue colour palette.

We were highly motivated by the trust AmSafe entrusted to us to enhance its worldwide presence. Our team was keen to showcase AmSafe’s advanced aviation technology and committed to making their stand a highlight of the expo through impactful design.

Transforming a Challenging Space into an Immersive Exhibition Stand Experience

We converted the narrow footprint into a highly functional space. The custom-built archway provided a bold architectural statement and was highly visible. Inside, a sleek private meeting room accommodated important discussions.

Surrounding the archway, we created interactive demo zones to engage visitors, along with relaxed networking areas to encourage informal connections.

Despite tight timelines and a limited floor plan, our modular builds and well-organised logistics ensured an agile, seamless, and high-impact design without compromise.

How AmSafe Bridport’s Exhibition Stand Boosted Engagement, Footfall & Brand Impact

The stand attracted substantial attention and initiated meaningful conversations. Engagement and footfall increased substantially compared to previous years, with visitors actively discussing technology and aerospace safety solutions. The model A400M plane competition also drew considerable interest.

The client provided highly positive feedback. AmSafe Bridport stated they would “highly recommend CuCo Creative”… for the third consecutive year.
